Data controller

BB Gym Club (bbgym.club) — the same entity that is responsible for the bbgym.club website; see also the bbgym.club privacy policy.

What data

Name, email, phone (if provided), website or company name, the games selected and your comment — only what you entered in the form. To protect against spam, we temporarily keep technical request data (the IP address — only in the server's memory, to limit the number of requests).

Purpose

To reply to your request and prepare a quote (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).

Retention period

For as long as we are discussing cooperation, and no longer than 12 months after the last correspondence if no contract is concluded.

Recipients

No one apart from the server hosting provider and the email service through which the request notification arrives.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection; the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (in Poland — Prezes UODO). Contact us using the form on this website.

Games on clients' websites do not collect players' personal data and do not set cookies.
